Hello Angel, how are you?

I am fundamentally focused on root cause analysis and effective long-term results for all my clients...based on the fact that this methodology was what I finally found worked for me, after decades of feeling like life was about survival, sadness and simply finding ways to cope.

Health, Happiness and Harmony are the door keys to Life - you can find them too.

I studied, qualified and am Internationally accredited through the School of Natural Health Sciences. I am a Practitioner Member of the International College of Holistic Medicine and a qualified Practitioner of the truly unique Colour Mirrors System. TKUK Level 2 qualified in Mental Health Awareness, I also specialise in supporting those with mental ill-health, and those keen to explore alternative therapies and self-management methods for anxiety, stress, destructive negative-cycle behaviours, and specifically, addictions.

I am continuously learning, for myself and for you, providing only treatments, therapies and tools to Lighthouse Holistic that I know will make a difference. I have also selected and collaborate with an elite group of specialist partners to provide a 360° service of 'whole-person' care to clients where necessary.

Most importantly, my personal drive is to help others who are suffering as I was. Bringing gentle love and compassion, zero judgement and an open door to every client, I seek to empower you, help you truly understand WHO you are, and WHY you are HOW you are.....supporting you through every step of your new wellness journey towards balance, bliss and heartfelt joy.
